Welcome to the Merseyventure Adventure Racing and Outdoor Sports Website
Adventure Racing

Adventure Racing is a quickly growing sport where teams or individuals compete in various outdoor disciplines. Most races include mountain biking, canoeing and trail or fell running, with longer races adding orienteering, night navigation, climbing or other challenging stages.

UK races range from the Hi-Tec Series, a single day event, to four or five day events, such as The Western Isles Challenge.

Click on the links button for a list of Adventure Race websites for most of the UK organisers.

Click here to see a calendar of races for 2000. This includes a brief description of each event, plus links to race websites for more info, entry details, tips and advice, and previous race reports.
