Shopping on-line can help you find some good bargains. A lot of retailers offer discounts
for on-line shopping, and free delivery depending on the value of your
order. It is also a good way of comparing prices between retailers. However - make sure all credit card details are given over a secure server only. Make sure the correct size is ordered, and check out the details for returning goods. If ordering from overseas, remember that your bank may charge a commission for exchanging currencies. The banner ads at the bottom of this page create an income for this site - however,
this is a non-profit making website. That means that money generated goes towards
maintaining this website, not paying the author, contributors etc. |

Ray Mears OK. Perhaps you're more likely to be stuck in Scotland with damp matches rather than stranded in the Sahara with only 2 litres of water, but a belief in your ability to succeed mixed with a little survival knowledge has allowed many people left in impossible situations to survive until help arrives. This site has a somewhat commercial slant - but still worth a look. |
