Production 1993 - 1999.

The VE-JV1 Expansion Board offers the incredible sound of Roland's JV-1000 synthesizer on a user-installable board. The VE-JV1 can be installed into the following Roland synthesizers and controllers:

· JV-35 Synthesizer.

· JV-50 Synthesizer.

· JV-90 Synthesizer.

· JV-1000 Synthesizer.

· A-70 Expandable Controller.

· A-90 Expandable Controller.

The VE-JV1 contains all of the JV-80 and JV-1000's preset sounds plus the sounds from the PN-JV80-04 "Rich Sound Collection" data card for a total of 512 sounds

Roland VE-JV-1E Board.

Production 1993 - 1999.

Note: The VE-JV1E is identical to the VE-JV1. The VE-JV1E version was included with the JV-35 and JV-50 as a special promotional bundle. However, the VE-JV1E owner's manual states that the VE-JV1E cannot be installed in the JV-90 or JV-1000. The VE-JV1 can be installed into the JV-35/50 and JV-90/1000 and the A-70/90. To differentiate the two Boards there is a small white sticker on the VE-JV1E main processor chip IC1 with the text "VE-JV1E".

The VE-GSPro Voice Expansion Board expands the A-90 or A-70 MIDI Controllers and MC-80 Micro Composer with features such as 1,117 high-quality GS Instrument Tones ranging from Grand Pianos to TB-303's, 42 full Rhythm sets, 128 Preset Patches, and powerful Effects processing capabilities. All of this on a single user-installable board.

The VE-GSPro can be installed into the following Roland synthesizers and controllers:
