Boys captain Dan Hime got Killerwhales first win of the evening in race 4 with a storming 50m fly, he then went on to win the 100m Breaststroke in equally impressive style. Both foursomes combined in the 4 x 50m freestyle relays and both again were victorious. Dean Smith and Kirsty Forbes were both second in the 100m Open backstroke. Ben Clifford-Stephenson was 3rd in the Open 100m freestyle as was Lauren Andrews in the Open 50m butterfly.

In the under 15 years age group their were wins for the Robyn Beadel in the 100m backstroke, Lauren Rouffe in the 100m freestyle and Dean Smith in the 100m breaststroke. Dean also swam the breaststroke leg of the 4 x 50m medley relay were he joined forces with Dan Bleach (backstroke), Johnny Congdon (breaststroke) and Scott Jackson (freestyle) who brought the boys home first in fine style. The same 4 lads combined in a different order in a thrilling 4 x 50m freestyle relay where they played catch-up against an impressive Becontree Bees quartet, both team were judged to have the same time but the gala referee judged Killerwhales the winners. Dan Bleach continued his recent run of good form taking two second places in the boys 50m butterfly and 100m backstroke. Kalei Andrews another whale showing good recent form swam very strongly to claim 3rd place in the girls 50m butterfly. Johnny Congdon also finished in 3rd place in the 100m freestyle.

The under 13 years boys and girls teams also took vital points in their races. Jodie Momodu won the girls 50m breaststroke, as did Lewis Clifford-Stephenson in the boys version. Lewis went on the take further 1st place in the 50m butterfly. He combined with Toby Andrews, Tom Webb and Tom Skingsley to take 2nd place in the 4 x 50m freestyle relay. The same four were to come home second in the medley relay but disqualified for a faulty start. Tom Webb produced a powerful display to take second in the 50m freestyle. There were 3rd places for Heather Wilson and Toby Andrews in the 50m backstroke and Jodie in the 50m freestyle. Jodie and Heather joined with Georgia Beadel and Molly Sparks to finish in 4th place in both relay events.

In the under 11 years age group Cassie Beadel swam to a fine 3rd place in the 50m backstroke, she also took 4th place in the 50m breaststroke. Molly Sparks swam two individual races finishing 5th in both the 1 length fly and 50m freestyle. For the boys George Crow swam to 4th in the 50m backstroke, Aiden Robinson also took 4th in the 50m freestyle and then took 5th in the 50m breaststroke which was the same position for Sean Houlihan in the 1 length fly. The boys combined to finish superbly well in 2nd place in the 4 x 1 length freestyle relay. Not to be outdone the girls quartet had also secured 2nd place. The two quartets went on to record the same results in their respective 4 x 1 length medley relay races where both finished 3rd.
