Plastic Surgery
Beverly occasionally "operates" on Data. We first see her skills here hinted at in Datalore when she helps assemble Data's evil brother, Lore. Dr Crusher refers to her new approach to cybernetic regeneration in 11001001, when she is looking forward to talking to professor Terence Epstein while the Enterprise is docked at starbase 74.
Sometimes Dr Crusher has to apply cosmetic surgery to crew members if they are to appear "normal" whilst doing covert surveillance work, eg Riker in First Contact. She had earlier made a false quill for his neck in Conspiracy to make it appear that he has become a host for one of the creatures taking over Starfleet headquarters. Beverly disguises (removes?) Worf's head ridges in Homeward. In Lower Decks, the Bajoran ensign's face is altered to look beaten up so she would be accepted as a Cardassian (a spy working for the Federation) hostage.
Although we don't see it, in Genesis Beverly herself requires and evidentially receives most excellent reconstrunctive surgery after Worf shoots venom at her face. Fortunately, nurse Ogawa was on hand to get Dr Crusher into stasis before permanent damage was done.
