Leisurely Crusher
Dancing
The dancing doctor first takes to the floor with the fake Jean-Luc in Allegiance. Beverly just hints at her real life tap-dancing skills in Remember Me when she says "Click my heels three times and I'm back in Kansas", before we see her back in action in Data's day later that season.
Acting Class
Beverly, as "the drama doctor", runs theatre and acting classes on the Enterprise. Amongst her pupils are Reg Barclay and Riker, but definitely not Worf. Reg appears in Cyrano de Bergerac in Nth Degree. As Riker's thespian prowess develops a bit more normally than Reg's, Beverly's coaching skills are more reliably judged by comparing Riker in Fist Full Of Datas and then later in her own play Frame Of Mind.
This aspect of Beverly's Star Trek life reflects her real-life skills in choreography and stage work both on as an actress and off as a teacher.
We get to see Beverly's collection of theatre masks on the walls in her quarters in Suspicions.
Pastimes
Beverly likes to play poker on Tuesday nights with the other senior officers, eg in Lower Decks, and the final scene of All Good Things.
In the Quality of Life we learn that Beverly briefly changed her hair colour briefly as a result of losing a bet at poker when she was a teenager.
Apart from poker, which Gates plays in real life, we see Beverly's reading and botany in her quarters in Cause and Effect.
Wardrobe
Pink ribbon in Hollow PursuitsThe ship's computer in Hollow Pusuits already knows that Beverly is quite attached to the pink ribbon in her hair, before we see it at night in Cause and Effect.

Beverly's green knee-length dress with the rolled down neck first appears in a dinner date with the fake Jean-Luc in Allegiance, then sees light again in Frame of Mind.

Qpid finds Beverly wearing the same pullover as in the previous episode Nth Degree, though it seems to have shrunk round the neck a bit in the vash.
