"Shooting the boat sequences, I think, is probably something all of us have a story to tell about. I can tell you that the boat was supposed to be pitching back and forth, so we all had to really pitch back and forth. For days. At times, it was very funny and we were all having a good laugh, and at other times it wasn't at all funny and it could be quite tiring . But it's a terrific scene."
"I must say we all look great in our period costumes, standing aboard this old boat. It will look great, but, as I'm sure you know, any scene that looks great was probably very involved and tough to do. And this was one of those scenes."
"Making Generations was fun, even though I wasn't very involved. Everyone got on well and was energized by the experience, and I think we all look forward to the next one. I think there will be at least one more after Generations, but that each one after that will depend on how the previous film performed and everyones' willingness to stay with Star Trek."
"We all genuinely like each other and we try to stay in touch. Coming together every couple of years to do another Star Trek film would be a great excuse to see one another. Speaking for myself, I would like there to be more for Crusher in the next film, and I'm hopeful that will be the case."

"I think the scene in the observation lounge was when it really hit me. Even though it was a new observation lounge on a new Enterprise, it still hit home that "Yes, we are really back and, yes, we really are doing it again."
"I don't really have a substantial amount to do in the film. I'm sort of doing a bit here and a bit there in some scenes, but there are some scenes with almost all of us together on the bridge. Those were exciting. We were laughing a lot. I had fun, and I'd have to say I like the idea of getting together every couple of years to do a movie."
"It was the good doctor doing what she does, and that's being a doctor. She was an active part of the crew, doing whatever she could to support her crew mates on the Enterprise. In their own way, all of the charcters do the same thing. My role in the film wasn't big enough to do any more than that, to serve the crew and the captain. She was not actively involved in either of the main plot lines, but I did enjoy Crusher's little scene with the Doctor from Voyager."
"Bob Picardo is really a lovely guy and the scene was a nice way to introduce a character from one of the other StarTrek shows to ours. I wasn't that familiar at all with Voyager , to be honest, but I'm sure the fans got a big laugh and surprise out of the scene. Bob and I only worked together for one day on the film. He's heck of a nice guy. We had actually met a couple of times before. He seems like a he has a very fun character to play. I enjoyed doing the sccene with him. If I have any regret about it, it's that I wish that there had been even more of an encounter between Crusher and the Doctor, where something could have been developed further. It just seemed to play a bit quick, but I think it was definitely a fun, effective moment, and, again, I think the fans loved it."
