JUST FOR KICKS

Just For Kicks are a Lincolnshire based band who were formed at the latter part of 2003 the band members all having played with various bands before getting together.

From 2003 to 2005 Just 4 Kicks featured Mick Brommell - Lead guitar & vocals / Andrew Brommell - Lead vocals / Alan Walker - Bass guitar Keyboards & Vocals / Clive Pett - Drums & vocals. They played music by Free, Bad Co, Police & Crowded House + much more.

The band's line up changed in April 2005 when drummer Clive Petts left being replaced by former drummer with rock band Keep The Faith, who can also sing. This has given Just For Kicks an ideal opportunity to add a lot of new material to their repertoire, including songs from Queen, Elton John and the Small Faces. The band who appeared at the 2004 Party In The Park at Boston, return there in July 2005. Their approach is to have a good time when playing and this comes across in their live performances.

Mick is a member of the Billinger Ruffs who reached the finals of BBC Radio Lincolnshire Folk Song Competition in 2003, finishing as runners up with the memorable song 'Billinger Ruffs', that also won the MU's 'Best Performance' award on the night. Information Mick 01526860069
