FULC

Formed, Scunthorpe Lincolnshire, Fulc entered the studios on 30th June 2002, to record their first Official UK release - The Fallen EP - at Sawmills in Cornwall. The studios have been home to Muse, Oasis, Idlewild, Supergrass, XTC, Robert Plant to name but a few.

The band returned to the famous Sawmills Studios, Cornwall in January 2003 to record tracks for their debut album on Stunted Records, "Biting Insomnia" released in Autumn 2003. This was preceeded by a single released in April 2003, again on Stunted Records, as a follow-up to their critically acclaimed "the fallen" EP released in Sept 2002.

FULC toured the UK during March & April 2004. This tour was sponsored by Jagermeister, and FULC road tested new material on this tour.

Following 2 months of intensive pre-production work, Leeds based rock band FULC finally return to the studio in October to record the follow up to last years debut album "Biting Insomnia". FULC are booked into the Chapel Studios in Lincolnshire, where the Darkness, Inme and Funeral for a Friend have been recent clients, to spend two weeks recording a mini album scheduled for release in February 2005 on Stunted Records, via Shellshock Distribution.

With growing interest in Europe it has been confirmed that FULCs debut album "Biting Insomnia" will have an October release in Germany and Holland via a distribution deal with Rough Trade Germany, the new album will then be released in Germany and Holland in March 2005, again via Rough Trade. FULC will tour the UK to promote the new release in Feb / March 2005, immediately followed by their first European dates - a 3 week / 15 date tour of Germany and Holland taking in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Nuremburg and Dresden amongst other cities. The full schedule is currently being finalised at the time of writing.

Prior to all of that though, FULC hit the road straight out of the studio, undertaking a series of Jagermeister sponsored UK dates from mid October to end of November 2004 to road test the new material.

They are scheduled to release a mini album 'Embrace.Destroy' on 28 Feb 2005, and will be touring both UK and Europe between Jan - Apr 2005 to promote the CD. (see below for tour dates)

FULC merchandise , "void" and "fallen" EPs can currently be purchased online ( credit cards etc ) via the website at www.fulc.co.uk or via www.stuntedrecords.co.uk although the new releases will be distributed nationally and available through all good record shops!
