| The Bowling Green |
Open Spaces have been amply provided, and 5½ acres of land has been set apart for Recreation Grounds. Five Tennis Courts and a large Bowling Green - said to be the finest in the District - have been laid. A delightful and picturesque Pavilion has been erected by the Directors, which will give increased enjoyment to the members.

Tenants are invited to join the Clubs already formed, as the Courts and Green are for their exclusive benefit. Other Clubs are in course of formation.

| The Meade |
The Children have not been forgotten - one large portion of the Estate is set apart for their free use and is known as the "Children's Corner."
A Flower Show is arranged for the summer of 1913, and the Company will again give various prizes for the best kept gardens on the Estate.
